Let’s Start at the Beginning!

 

Fertility.

 

For some, their Birth Journey begins with a pleasant and welcomed surprise.

 

If this is you, or you are already pregnant, skip ahead to my Pregnancy services.

 

For others, the Journey begins with a Plan.

 

Ideally, 6 months before you would like to become pregnant,

you are making changes in your life to support YOUR BEST PREGNANCY.

​

Fertility Focused Services are also for those on a long journey to fertility,

who may be seeking Fertility Assistance or who have simply had a longer journey.

Specific abdominal work to increase blood flow to the reproductive organs and encourage a good environment for pregnancy (massage and abdominal work support the sperm partner as well).

 

Massage work can be limited to abdominal (front and supportive low back work)

as a 30 minute session, or it can be incorporated into a 60, 90, or 120-minute bodywork session.

 

A longer bodywork session does not have to be “Full Body”, we can work specifically on the areas you would like worked on, and skip any areas you prefer to not have worked on.

 

As with all Massage Work, this work can be done fully clothed, partially clothed, or fully undressed and properly draped.

Your comfort and privacy is ALWAYS Momma Moon’s Top Priority.

 

Massage Therapy before and after a transfer can be highly beneficial to the process. 

Reiki is energy work.

 

It is not something that can be PROVEN, it is something that one is open to or not.

Reiki services can be hands on or hands above the body (client’s preference).

I ask that you wear comfortable clothing for your Reiki session.

You will remain clothed, and you can be under the blanket or on top of the sheets.

 

Tree does her Reiki with both commentary and without commentary.

 

At the end of your Reiki treatment you will be given 10 minutes to sit, compose and prepare. You will have a glass of water and are welcome to pour a glass of Katboocha.

 

When Tree reenters the room you will spend 20-30 minutes discussing what you felt/saw or what She felt/saw.

 

A plan will be suggested and you will receive an email with the details of your session and proposed plan.

Reiki work is SAFE for the Pregnant Person and Baby.

Reiki work can be “limited” to the Pregnant Person or can include the Baby.

Labor and Delivery Reiki ($70/hour):

​

Reiki is energy and may be the boost your labor and delivery need.

Postpartum Reiki

​

Labor and Delivery can take a lot of energy and a Postpartum Reiki Session might just be the pick me up you need.

 

Reiki can be done in your home, birth center or hospital and can include your infant.

Postpartum Reiki

Labor and Delivery can take a lot of energy and a Postpartum Reiki Session might just be the pick me up you need. Reiki can be done in your home, birth center or hospital and can include your infant.

Fertility Doulas support clients along their Journey to a successful pregnancy.

 

They are the person that clients can share concerns/fears/sadness/anger that they do not want to voice to family, friends, partners for fear of being judged or being seen as not committed enough.

​

Doula’s walk the highs and lows with you along your fertility journey.

 

This is emotional, informational support, not a substitution for mental health care.

 

As a Massage or Reiki client you receive Doula services in the questions Tree asks, before/during/after your sessions as well as in the tips provided.

 

As a Doula only client, you will be entitled to 3 hours per month of time with Tree.

​

 

This is email/text communications as well as virtual and face to face meetings.

 

You will receive a weekly email with tips, suggestions and any specific research information

applicable to your journey.

​

Tree is available by text/phone/email from 10am-8pm Mon-Friday (on call availability can be scheduled based on your needs and stage in the journey). You can text/call/email outside those hours, but Tree may not respond until the next set of business hours. 

​

Often Pregnant Persons wait until the end of the Second Trimester to Hire a Birth Doula, however, a Pregnancy Doula can be instrumental in your being prepared, informed, and embracing your power before labor and delivery.

 

All Massage and Reiki clients receive Pregnancy Doula Service as part of their sessions.

Post Partum Doula

Postpartum Doula and Reiki Clients receive Doula services as part of their session

​

​

Pregnancy Doula Services ONLY

Doula only clients will receive 6 hours per month (can not be rolled over) with Tree.

 

This will include texts/emails/phone conversations as well as in person meetings and research time.

 

Client will receive a weekly email with tips, information and research specific to stage in pregnancy and birth plan.

 

As a Pregnancy Doula Tree will go over your ideal birth and help you check off all the boxes for your Birth Plan.

 

Tree will help you find your Village for Birth and Postpartum care which may include a Birth Doula, Postpartum Doula, Chiropractor, Pelvic PT, Nutritionist, etc.

Postpartum Massage

Once you give birth your body does not magically return to its pre-baby state.

​

Hormones take 6-12 weeks to return to non-pregnancy levels, so during this time care

should be taken to not overwork muscles that are still infused with the relaxin hormone.

​

Momma Moon can travel to you at the Hospital (yes massage is safe (even beneficial)

in the immediate postpartum), birth center, or your home.

​

Postpartum Reiki

Labor and Delivery can take a lot of energy and a Postpartum Reiki Session might just be the pick me up you need.

Post Partum Doula ($50/hr)

Postpartum Doula and Reiki Clients receive Doula services as part of their session

Infant Massage 

Infant Massage ($35/hour as an add-on/ $45/hour stand-alone):

Infant massage sessions are a maximum of 30 minutes.
Infant massage is light therapeutic touch. 

Infant massage can occur in Baby’s first 48 hours::

 in the hospital, at the birth center, or at home.
